Q: May I substitute items in the pre-set theme kits?

A: Yes. Your Cotton Candy Account Executive will be happy to help you put together the ideal kit for your purpose and budget.

 

Q: Can I include additional items in my kit?

A: With a custom kit, for sure. The options with the pre-set kits are more limited but we can certainly explore the possibility.

 

Q: Can I create my own custom kit?

A: Absolutely. Your Cotton Candy Account Executive will be happy to help you put together the ideal kit for your purpose and budget.

 

Q: Can I purchase less than the Minimum Order Quantity?

A: For the pre-set theme kits, minimum orders will apply. However, it may be possible to get your preferred quantities by working with your Account Executive to build a custom kit solution.

 

Q: Can you ship to residences?

A: We can ship to business or residential addresses. Even better, your Account Executive can use the Homefront Connection to help you make quick and easy work of collecting addresses and apparel sizes. Learn more about this service.

 

Q: What happens if I don't have a Cotton Candy Account Executive?

A: No problem. Please complete your Quote Request and we will make sure someone is in touch with you shortly. 

 

Q: Can I ship to addresses in Canada and the US?

A: Yes. Your Account Executive will work with you to determine the optimal solution once they understand the distribution requirements for each country.
